He is a pioneer Indian Faculty for Situational Leadership and Business Process Re-engineering. Over the years, he has trained more than 4000 Executives on Leadership, Soft Skills and Behavioral Interventions

He has also trained more than 10,000 Executives from Global firms and Indian MNCs across sectors, on Sales Excellence, Field Force Productivity, Advanced Selling Skills, Tough Negotiating Skills and Customer Relations Management.

Graduate Engineer from RIT (Now NIT ) Jamshedpur. Certification in Process Operations and Positional Training from HTS, TOA, Hoogovens, Holland. He was heading Training department in Tata International, Dewas. He played instrumental role in creating 'Center for Power Efficiency in Distribution (CENPEID)', the training division of NDPL (Now Tata Power Delhi Distribution Company Ltd.) Delhi.

 

He has conducted more than 1 lakh mandays of training for Power Distribution utility personnel in our country and also from neighboring countries like, Butan, Srilanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nigeria, etc. Before that, he was in Shavak Nanavati Technical Institute (SNTI), the technical training division of Tata Steel, Jamshedpur for more than a decade. Earlier he has worked in functions like Hot Rolling Mills Operations, Marketing and Exports.

 

He is thoroughly trained in areas as Tata Business Excellence Model, ISO9001, S A 8000, 5 ‘S’, etc. He has been consultant to DABM, the Afghanistan Electricity Board, in Kabul for creating training set up under a World Bank project. He takes keen interest in Yoga and Meditation
